New Guidelines From CAP On Gambling Advertising

CAP has released revised standards on gambling advertising, which focus on ads that appeal to problem gamblers with free bets and bonuses. 

It covers what needs to be included in all advertising which promotes free bets or bonuses.  This includes restrictions on creating a sense of urgency with phrases like “Bet Now!”, and preventing undue emphasis on the financial motives for gambling.
