Mail Metro Media Tops IPA Digital Media Owners Autumn Survey

Agencies have named Mail Metro Media as the best media owner to work with in the IPA digital media owners autumn 2021 survey. Mail Metro had been the best crossover media owner in the spring 2021 survey.

The survey shows 84 per cent of respondents agreeing that the overall experience of working with Mail Metro was a good one. Mail Metro Media were followed by Teads (82 per cent), Captify (82 per cent) and Pinterest (81 per cent).

While Mail Metro Media leads overall and among crossover media owners, Teads tops ad networks/exchanges, DSP and sales houses while Pinterest leads online pure plays.

The IPA digital media owners survey highlights which media owners deliver the highest levels of service and which have shown a commitment to continually improving their digital standards.

The survey is released twice a year, in spring and autumn. For each survey a panel of planners, strategists, buyers and digital specialists rate only those media owners they have a working relationship with against a set of attributes on a seven-point scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree.

The survey was undertaken between 13 September and 10 November.
