Newsworks: Nationals Attract 33m Browsers Daily

The ABC figures for November show that the UK national newspaper market saw a 7.6 per cent year on year uplift across digital platforms, with 32.9 million browsers daily, Newsworks analysis of today’s ABCs shows.

In the month that the Paradise Papers embroiled famous figures and global brands, Prince Harry proposed to Meghan Markle, and Sir Michael Fallon resigned as Defence Secretary, UK newsbrands saw an extra 2.3 million browsers on average accessing digital content every day, compared with November 2016, Newsworks said. 

Overall print circulation remained stable with the market down 1.2 per cent month on month.
